Take the repetitive work off your team.

AI and automation designed, built, and run for you: operations workflows, AI agents, engineering pipelines, and the integrations between your systems. One predictable monthly retainer.

OPERATEOperations workflows

Back-office processes that run every day.

REASONAI agents

Language models doing real work, with review.

SHIPEngineering & DevOps

Pipelines and infrastructure without the toil.

CONNECTSystem integration

Data that moves once, correctly.

Four kinds of work we automate.

Most of the value sits in unglamorous, repeated work. We start where hours are lost and mistakes are costly.

OPERATE

Operations and back office

Invoice capture and reconciliation, customer and employee onboarding, approvals, recurring reports, and the spreadsheets that hold them together.

REASON

AI agents and LLM workflows

Document triage and data extraction, drafted replies for support and sales, and internal assistants that answer from your own knowledge, with a person approving what matters.

SHIP

Engineering and DevOps

Build and release pipelines, infrastructure as code, environment provisioning, automated testing gates, and alert triage, so engineers spend less time on toil.

CONNECT

System integration

Connecting CRM, finance, ERP, support, and internal tools so data moves once and correctly, without re-keying between systems.

Is your process ready to automate?

You do not need a strategy document to start. You need one process that wastes time every week.

Signs a process is ready

If three or more of these sound familiar, that process is worth a conversation.

  • 01It happens every week, or every day
  • 02It mostly follows rules, with occasional exceptions
  • 03It moves information between systems or spreadsheets
  • 04Senior or expensive people spend time on it
  • 05Mistakes are costly, slow to spot, or both

What the retainer covers

Automation is never finished. The retainer keeps it working and keeps it improving.

  • 01Live workflows, built and maintained
  • 02Monitoring and alerts when something fails
  • 03Documentation your team can follow
  • 04A named owner for everything that runs automatically
  • 05A monthly review that picks the next process

How an automation engagement runs.

Start with one process. Prove it works. Then expand, one monthly review at a time.

Map the work

We walk through the process with the people who do it, see where the time goes, and pick the highest-value place to start.

Build with review points

We automate the routine path and keep a person approving decisions that need judgement, tested against your real cases before it goes live.

Run and monitor

Workflows are monitored, documented, and owned. Catching and fixing failures is part of the retainer, not a separate support contract.

Expand

Each monthly review picks the next process, based on where time is still being lost and what the business needs next.

Book a discovery call

Automation you can explain to an auditor.

Because Autano also runs AI governance, controls are designed into each workflow rather than bolted on afterwards.

Human review where it matters

Decisions with financial, legal, or customer impact keep a person in the loop, with clear rules for when automation hands over.

Every action logged

What ran, what it decided, and who approved it is recorded, so questions from customers or auditors have answers.

Access kept narrow

Each automation uses only the systems and data it needs, with credentials managed and reviewed as part of the engagement.

Questions about automation.

Anything not covered here is a good first question for the discovery call.

Which tools and platforms do you use?

We start from the systems you already run, use proven automation and AI platforms where they fit, and build custom only where they do not. The recommendation, and the reasons for it, are part of the proposal.

Is it safe to use AI with our data?

It can be, with the right design. Before anything is built, we set out which data each workflow touches, where it is processed, and which steps a person reviews.

How is automation priced?

On the same predictable monthly retainer as the rest of Autano. The retainer covers building, running, and improving your workflows, and the proposal states exactly what is in scope.

What happens when a workflow breaks?

Monitoring catches failures, and fixing them is part of the retainer. Every workflow is documented, so nothing depends on one person remembering how it works.

Do we need to replace our systems first?

No. Most automation connects the systems you already have. Where a system is genuinely holding the work back, we will say so, and modernisation can be scoped separately.

Which process would you automate first?

Tell us where the hours go. We will reply personally to arrange a discovery call, and come prepared with questions about that process.
